The piece is for an art test where the goal is to design an alley to be used in an MMO RPG. The theme could be anything ranging from past to future. The idea was inspired by the Shinobi game on the PS2. I wanted to create a sense of futuristic but at the same time make it look like the past. The place is supposed to be an uderground sanctuary where the Dragon Ninja Clan would seek refuge. The reason for the white light is to represent the darkness and secrecy of the Dragon Ninja and represent a sense of isolation fom the outer world. I am very happy with the end result and feel I have reached exactly what I was looking forward to getting out of the piece.
